The Client Service Associate is an integral part of the organization assisting with the implementation of sales and the relationship management process, as well as, assisting in the wealth planning process. Additionally, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting with the implementation of the overall business development initiatives for the firm.

Responsibilities & Activities:


Client Responsibilities
Prepare Senior Wealth Advisor for client meetings
Performance reporting
Compiling finished presentation
Complete follow-up items from client meetings
Manage workflow process
Ensure timely completion of items on pending reports
Handle client servicing requests
Prospect Responsibilities
Prepare Senior Wealth Advisor for prospect meetings
Send thank you letters
Implement next step in process
Complete follow-up items
Financial Planning
Assist Senior Planner with data gathering and input
Compiles completed plan for finished presentation to client
Assist in setting up client in eMoney
Manages workflow process
Ensures timely completion of action items

Requires:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A burning desire to succeed
An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress
Experience in assisting executive management is a plus
